01. OVERVIEW
The Clock within the New Financial Manager (NGF) is to show the last time that Job FINA711 was executed. If, while the user is in the system, the job is updated, just click on the clock, and the system will display a modal warning that there is more updated data, giving the user the option to load this new data or not.
02. OPERATION
- In the upper right corner, by clicking on the clock icon, you can see the last time the job was run.
- If, when you click on the day and time, the system displays a modal, it is because the job ran while you were browsing the system, and there is data to be updated. You will have the option to update the data or not. If the modal is not displayed, it is because you are already seeing the most current data.
- By clicking confirm, all data will be updated, and cancel will keep the data from the screen.
