Status/Requisite:

To allow the automatic creation of document: "Substitution Memo/Letter of Introduction" when saving the allocation of the operator or when substituting one operator for another in routines for contract management, shift rotation management and schedule management. With the purpose of stating to the workstation the introduction or substitution of the operator through a document containing data on the service providing company, the customer and the operator, as well as the work period and information such as benefits and operator expenses.

Solution/Implementation:

To provide the automatic creation of the Substitution Memo / Letter of Introduction for operators linked to the service location in the operator allocation routines of the Services Management module.
