01. In the Main Menu, click Documents.
02. In document browsing, find the document (file or folder) for which you wish to request access permission.
03. Place the mouse over the document (file or folder).
04. In the displayed chart, click request permission.
05. Select the user to whom you will send the document access permission request (file or folder).

It is possible to select up to five (5) users to send the document access permission request. |
06. Click Confirm.

After clicking Confirm, a notification is issued for the selected user to evaluate the request sent. The user can grant the permission for the requester by using the action button in the notification. |

This option allows platform users to request access permission to files or folders published in document browsing.

Subsequently, to find out whether the permission has been granted or not, the requesting user should access the document and check if they can perform the desired actions on it.
