Speaking of Post Attachments in the Process...

It is common to have to attach documents, such as receipts, certificates and reports, to the processes and platform enables to add these attachments to the requests.

The platform offers total control over the documents attached to the processes. This control starts with the possibility of attachment security configuration for each process and continues with the options of attaching documents already published in the platform, for example: external links, poll result, forms and common documents, as well as attaching documents that are not published in the platform by using the file upload feature.

Besides the possibility of attaching documents, the platform allows managing these documents, enabling deletion or even the effective publishing of documents attached through upload. These tasks always depend on attachment security settings defined in the process.

In the process registration, it is also possible to determine if the attached documents that are published in the platform should have their versions/reviews updated according to updates performed in the published documents.

In order to delete attachments, you need permission in the attachment security settings. You cannot delete attachments of form type originated by the process form definition, regardless of the task being executed or the permission in the attachment security definition.

The publishing, in DMS, of documents attached to the process through upload is only possible after their recording. Therefore, you cannot publish the attachment in the start activity of a request and, in the other activities, it is necessary that the attachment is already saved, besides the permission required.

After performing some maintenance in the request attachments so that these actions are performed, you need to Run the Task or click the Save button.
