Speaking of Form Themes...
Form Themes are styles that can be applied to forms created in processes to customize its appearance.
By using this functionality you can add and manage the form themes of processes. It is possible to define which themes are active and available for use, as well as to define a default theme to be used for all new forms created.
Even with a theme configured as default, you can choose other themes available when creating a process form, as long as they’re active.
You can also obtain an existing theme by using the download option.
Basic Path
01. In the main menu, click Control Panel.

To search for a specific user, use the Filter field. It is possible to enable/disable a form theme by checking or unchecking the Active column. You can also change the default theme for forms by selecting the desired theme in the Default column. |
Alternative Paths
Add Form Theme
01. In the Form Themes window, click Add.

04. Select the (.css) file to be sent.
05. Click Save.
Edit Form Theme
01. In the Form Themes, select the form to be edited.

Remove Form Theme
01. In the Form Themes, select the form to be removed.

03. In the message displayed, click Confirm to implement the action or Close to cancel the removal.

01. In the Form Themes window, locate the form themes that you wish to obtain.

When clicking the download icon, the style file (.css) corresponding to the form theme is copied to the desktop. |
