Speaking of Term and Synonyms...
In the terms registration, you only need to register the irrelevant terms and the terms that should have synonyms. All other terms that are no registered as irrelevant will be automatically considered for indexation and search for documents by content.
The term registration is done per language and it does not have automatic translation. Thus, if the same term is considered irrelevant in more languages, you need to register the term in each language. The same language treatment is considered for relevant terms and synonyms.
The synonyms are considered in the indexation and search for documents by contents. They allow searches to be done by terms that are not explicitly mentioned in the documents, but that are equivalent.

Irrelevant terms are words not considered at the moment of indexation and search for documents by content. These terms correspond basically to articles, pronouns and prepositions, however, this function allows the registration of any term as irrelevant. Relevant terms are words considered for creating synonyms. Both the relevant term and the synonym are considered in the indexation and search for documents by content. |
07. Click Save.

Edit Term
01. Select the Term you want to edit.

03. Check if it is irrelevant.
04. Click Save.
Delete Term
01. Select the Term you want to delete.

03. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
Add Synonyms
01. Select the Term to which you want to add a synonym.

05. Click the send arrow, located in the center of the tables so that the selected term is sent to the Synonyms table.
06. Click Save.
Delete Synonyms
01. Select the Term of which you want to delete a synonym.

05. Click the back arrow, located in the center of the tables so the selected term returns to the "Not Synonyms" table.
06. Click Save.
