Description
Functionality to enable the explosion of optional groups. When selecting a group in one level, reuse the same selection in other groups.
Removal of the obligatoriness of choice through flag in the optional group register. In the register of optional group, you can indicate whether selecting an optional item for a group in question is mandatory.
The validity date of the structure is used to inhibit the selection of the optional item.

INDICATES WHETHER OPTIONALS ARE REQUESTED IN ALL LEVELS OF THE STRUCTURE
The validation of this parameter is redone to validate only the reuse of optional items, wherein the routines must ALWAYS save in the MEMO field. The concept is the same: When "N" reuses the optional items entered in previous level. When "S" requests the optional items in all levels.
The description of parameter is the following: "INDICATES WHETHER OPTIONALS ARE REQUESTED IN ALL LEVELS OF THE STRUCTURE".
