Adding an exchange rate:

1. In Exchange maintenance window, select option Currency Rates.

A calendar is displayed.

2. Select the date you want.

3. Fill in data according to field help instruction.

4. See the following fields:

• • Rate

Exchange rate for this currency. This value is used to convert accounting entries.

• • Blocked

Defines whether the currency is blocked or not on that date. If blocked, no conversion of values into this currency will be performed during the accounting entry.

5. Check data and confirm it.
