The Knowledge menu option displays the screen to locate and link files.



Procedures

To add a Knowledge Base:

  1. Select the Knowledge menu option.

The system displays a new screen, subdivided into two sides.

2. The information of the attached file is on the left side, with the following field:

  • Entity - displays the name of the table corresponding to the routine in execution.

For example:

In the Employees Register, the Entity is Employees (name of the SRA table, which registers data of Employees register).

  • Identification - presents the register in which it is positioned, to which the registered knowledge base refers to.

In this area, the options that allow the viewing of the attached file are available: Preview and Open.

3. The names of files attached to the knowledge bank are listed. They refer to the knowledge placed on the left side of the screen.

  • Object - displays the name of the attached file.
  • Description - displays the name of the attached file without the corresponding extension.
  • Preview - displays the viewing status of the file, enabled by Preview. If it was already viewed, this field displays Yes or No.
  • Alias WT/Recno WT - fields of internal control of the system. Its content must not be modified.

4. On the right side of the screen, a "sample" of the selected file is displayed.
