The routine Characteristics Curve allows registering with details the behavior of product characteristics items along with the products grid feature.
This option allows to pre-configure combination from the grid column items characteristics and its quantities based on multiples, to facilitate data filling in the products grid interface, in the routines that use this concept.
You must previously register product characteristics items information only the grid column, defining its default quantities. In grid row, you must enter the combination total multiple quantity (line x column) when typing the sales order or production order

This example shows the characteristics curve registration information along with the quantities entered in the products grid interface.

The Size Characteristic Column area contain data from items regarding the characteristics of the columns filled automatically according to the characteristics curve registration.
In Quantities Detailing area, for each grid row, you must enter the quantities of the characteristics curve desired. The curve quantity must be filled with a multiple of the total result desired for the grid item.
In this example,. note that the item Yellow x Size 40, the quantity desired is 4, for the item Yellow x Size 42 the quantity desired is 14, for the item Yellow x Size 44 the quantity desired is 40 and so on.
Procedures
To register the characteristics curves
- In Characteristics Curve, click Add.
The window Register Characteristics Curve - Add is displayed, divided into areas:
- Header
In this area, the following data are displayed: reference product (product family), curve code, curve description, column items total quantity, etc.
- Items
In this area, the following data are displayed: grid column code, grid column description, default quantity, etc.
2. Fill out the fields according to the field help instructions.
3. Check the data and confirm saving.
