In the Sales Quotation inclusion, the system displays this option to query the Financial Spreadsheet, displaying information about invoices and trade notes, sub-divided into folders.
Procedures
Querying financial worksheet:
1. In Quotation, click Financial Spreadsheet.
The system displays the screen, subdivided into two folders:
- Invoice folder: This folder displays information such as amount, product, tax, discount, etc. applied to the invoice.
- Trade Notes Folder: Displays information about due date and amount of the trade notes generated.
2. Check data and confirm them to return to the initial screen.
