This field defines how to consider the application of the withheld ICMS profit margin, allowing to overcome the regular situations where the margin is applied. Field options:

• 1 - (Never): never applies the entered withheld ICMS profit margin to the tax base.
• 2 - Apply: applies the profit margin according to the system default configuration
• 3 - Always: always applies the entered withheld ICMS profit margin to the tax base
