The name of the compressed file created is the same as the name of the folder in which the documents and/or folders are posted. If the authenticated user does not have permission to download one or more of the documents selected, they will not be in the document package generated. The same thing occurs if a selected document does not allow downloading: it won't be in the generated package. |

In order for the file download to work properly, the properties of the folder where the file was downloaded must have the Enable download and printing? option selected in the inherited Properties tab. The Download and Printing field must also be enabled in the Security tab. |
