The withholding of PIS/COFINS/CSLL taxes is defined in the issue. As exemplified below, it has the TX bills corresponding to each tax posted and also the NF is posted:

In this scenario, you need to cancel first the postings of TX bills to then cancel the NF posting. But adjusting the parameter: MV_CB10925=1, you can make one more attempt to cancel the posting of the same NF and a new help message is displayed:
