Purpose
The LEDES 1998BI electronic invoicing format is based on LEDES 1998B, though with additional information required for invoicing between countries.
It is an ASCII formatted file, with 52 fields separated by pipe (|).

International (1998BI)? | Enter "Yes" to create the file with fields from the international model (1998BI). |
