Workflow Status
For each process, you can define the Status. Status is nothing more than information about the status of the process at a moment, representing the phases of the Process.
Procedures
Registering workflow status:
| 1. | In Workflow Status, click Add. |
| 2. | Fill out data according to field help instructions, however, consider the items below mainly: |
| • | Process Code: Process code. |
| • | Status Code: Code of process status. This code must be a numeric value above 999. The value range between 0 and 999 is reserved for the Workflow. |
| • | Description: Description of process status. |
| • | Average Time: Automatically updated by the system and indicates the process average time. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm the inclusion. |
