The folder REFEDICT is created in the Systemload folder for the use of a reference dictionary during migration of version or release. A standard dictionary related to the current release of the customers base is automatically downloaded through a TOTVS ERP and unzipped in this folder.
Based on the data of the reference dictionary, you can determine which priorities (columns) of dictionaries SX2 and SX3 the customer changed. From this, a table is fed with standard data related to attributes to be modified.
This resource enables the migration of version or release to overwrite data the customer can change via Configurator, but which was not modified.
For example: a given field has propriety X3_F3 with content "SA1". In other Release, TOTVS shifted X3_F3 to "CLI". In the former model, the X3_F3 would not be overwritten in the Migration of Releases, as customer can change X3_F3 via Configurator, and you cannot determine whether the customer was really modified, so X3_F3 was not modified.
With the new model, you can compare the customer dictionary with the standard dictionary and attest that no change was made. In this case, the modification of X3_F3 is made by the migrator.
This process is only made once by Companies Group. Next execution, the system checks the data table modified created for that company and does not execute it again.
