The parameter MV_ATVCIMP allows modifying due dates of tax bills (IRRF, PIS, COFINS and CSLL) when writing-off posting the main bill, where:
F (False) – Does not change the due date of tax bills when writing-off posting the main bill (third working day of the week subsequent to the due date of the main bill).
T (True) – Changes the due date of tax bills when writing-off posting the main bill and re-calculates them based on the writing-off posting date of the main bill (third working day of the week subsequent to the writing-off posting date).

Take as an example an NF (invoice) bill falling due on 03/01/04, which will generate taxes falling due on 03/10/04 (third working day of the week subsequent to the due date of the main bill):
If this NF bill was paid on 03/10/04:
1. Parameter MV_ATVCIMP = F
Taxes due date is not edited.
2. Parameter MV_ATVCIMP = T
Tax due date is edited and re-calculated for 03/17/04 (third working day of the week following the writing-off posting date).
