1. In Tax Records module, option Miscellaneous/Magnetic Files/Normative Instructions.

2. The parameters mentioned below are displayed. Configure them according to the instructions:

Start Date?

Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name without .INI extension. In this case, enter ISSLONDR.

Target File?

There is no need to enter it. The routine generates three different files, where:

LONDRPRES.TXT

...

File with services provided in the period.

...

LONDRTOM.TXT

...

File with services contracted in the period.

...

LONDRCAD.TXT

...

File with registers of customers and suppliers that had services provided and/or contracted in the period.

Directory?

Enter the directory's name to save the created text files.

Select Branches? (option existing from Protheus version 8.11 on)

Indicate if you want to select the branches or only the current one.

3. Check parameters and confirm them.

Simp Nac Taxp

Indicates if taxpayer is under Simples Nacional.

Select one of the options: 1=Yes; 2=No.
