To do so, check the following procedures.

Procedures

To create the IGI Tax:

1. Access Updates/File – Variable Tax.

2. Click Add.

3.Fill out the following fields:

• • Tax = IGI
  • Description = Added IGV
  • Inbound Formula = M100IGI
  • Outbound Formula = M460IGI
  • Rate = 18
  • Lf field = 6

4. Click Confirm.

To create TIO of Inflow/Outflow:

1. Access Updates/File - Types of Inflow/Outflow.

 Inflow

2. Click Add.

3.Fill out the following fields:

• • TIO Type = Inflow
  • Generate bill = Yes
  • Update Inventory = Yes
  • Power 3 = Does not control

4. On grid fill out the fields:

• • Sequence = 01
  • Tax = IGI
  • Add in Bill = No difference
  • Add to invoice Total = No difference
  • Add in Cost = No difference
  • Calculate on = Invoice Items
  • Calculate S/n = Yes

Outflow

1. Click Add.

2.Fill out the following fields:

• • TIO Type = Outflow
  • Generate bill = Yes
  • Update Inventory = Yes
  • Power 3 = Does not control

3. On grid fill out the fields:

• • Sequence = 01
  • Tax = IGI
  • Add in Bill = No difference
  • Add to invoice Total = No difference
  • Add in Cost = No difference
  • Calculate on = Invoice Items
  • Calculate S/n = Yes
