By accessing the routine Query Product and pressing [F12], a window is displayed to configure the parameters, enabling you to select the characteristics of product (s) to be queried.

Initial and Final Date of Transactions

Enter the range of transactions of the product to be queried.

List Internal Transactions?

Indicate if the product must display the internal transactions (Table SD3).

Display Product Bindings?

Indicate if the product must display the bindings, that can be: Product x Supplier, Product x Customer, or Group x Supplier.

Consider Balance of/in Third-party Possession?

Select if the product must consider our balance in third-party possession and third-party balance in our possession.

From Warehouse/To Warehouse

Enter the range of warehouses to be considered in the query.

Product x Customer View?

Indicate if Product x Customer binding must display the product description in the customer or only the customer's name.

Consider Reserves?

Select if reserves in the balance available for transaction must be considered.

Display POs (Production Orders) Closed?

Select how POs closed must be displayed, that can be:

Never Display Them - POs closed, generated manually or by the Sales Order, are not displayed.

Always Display Them - POs closed, generated manually or by the Sales Order, are always displayed.
