1. In the Miscellaneous/Magnetic File/Normative Instructions option, configure the routine parameters as described below:
Start Date?
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date?
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the configuration file name without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter the ISSARAU.
Target File?
Enter the destination file name where the information is generated.
Destination Directory?
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved.
Example: C:\
Select Branches?
Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. When entering No, only the current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, the system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.
2. Check parameters and confirm them.
3. After configuring the general parameters of the Normative Instructions, it is necessary to filled out specific information.
GIISS Version?
Enter the GIISS program version.
Example: 001
4. Click Finish.

The following list shows the information DOCUMENT TYPE of the layout provided by the Municipality of Araucária-PR. In this list, the items in bold are the ones handled by Microsiga Protheus®, following the system logic, which is: first, it checks whether the NF (invoice) is a Material and Service NF TYPE B; then, whether it is an Immune or Exempt NF TYPE C; after that, whether the NF refers to services provided in another city TYPE G and, finally, if the NF does not classify, it is defined as service invoice TYPE A.
