What is the configuration for accessing the Representatives' Work Area - CRM?

Step by step:

The Work Area is a facilitator, a centralizing routine, in which sales representatives can access their Opportunities, Activities, Annotations and their Customers, all in the same interface, making the sales process easier.

The routine Work Area (FATA320) is used exclusively by the module Billing (SIGAFAT). To use this routine, you need to register a Business Structure (FATA070), a routine unrelated to Work Area (CRMA290) and Business Structure (CRMA240), which belong to module SIGACRM.

To access the routine Work Area (FATA320), you need to register the Sales Representative in Business Structure (FATA070). This structure defines the Hierarchy and access approvals to sales representative records. To register the Business Structure (FATA070), you need to:

  • Register the Business Unit (FATA510): This register allows controlling the company's business units (branches, franchises, etc.).
  • Register the Sales Team (FATA060): Registration of sales team to which the sales representatives belong.


After performing the registration above, you can register the Business Structure (FATA070), entering the Business Unit (FATA510), the Sales Team (FATA060) and the Sales Representatives that participate in the structure:

Thus, upon accessing routine Work Area (FATA320), only the responsible Sales Representative will have access to their entered records.

A user configured as a Manager/Supervisor, able to access the records of all sales representatives on the team, must be on a higher level of the Business Structure (FATA070). To do this:

  • Register an exclusive Sales Team (FATA060) for Managers/Supervisors, in which to enter the users that will have access to the Work Area (FATA320) of all Sales Representatives:


  • Below the Sales Team (FATA060) of the Managers/Supervisors, enter another team in which to enter the Sales Representatives:

Thus, hierarchically, the users linked to the Managers/Supervisors team will have total access to the records of users linked to the sales representatives team:
