Purpose
Currently, you must add all lawsuits manually and, although some tools can help you with this input, such as the Processes Model, this is still an activity that takes up many office resources.
The main goal is to reduce the time users spend entering lawsuit information, using data from contracted companies that provide information on the lawsuits distributed to these companies, and that, in some cases, are yet to be subpoenaed.
Having access to such information represents a strategic advantage when seeking out-of-court settlements, for example, even before the company subpoena, dramatically reducing costs for the legal department or company involved.
Thus, the legal department or office of the company may dedicate their time to more managerial activities, with greater added value.

To use this option, first indicate the received assignment you wish to import. After selecting and importing the assignment, view the information in tab Assignments Imported with the number of the Legal Matter created fro this assignment. |
