Links are shortcuts that act as drivers for existing sites in the catalog of trainings and tracks or subjects and classes and serve direct users to existing locations in the training and tracks catalog and are used as access facilitators to items.
A link may direct to the a folder, training , course or track or subject.

Basic Path
01. On the tab General information, press Search.
Create link
...
01. After clicking New, Link where to create the link, click Search in the tab General information.
02. In the pop-up window, find and select 02. In the window Items, enter the name of the item to which the link will direct.
03. In the displayed list, select the item to which the link will direct.
04. Press Add and close the window.
05. Press Save; or Cancel to quit adding the link.
Alternative Paths
Edit link
01. In the catalog, access the location where the link is through the structure in the left table.
02. In the displayed list in the table on the right, select the link to be edited.

To select the link for editing, it is necessary to click on the corresponding table, because when you click on your name, the location to which it directs will be displayed and it is not possible to edit it. |
03. Press Edit.

Remove link
01. In the catalog, access the location where the link is through the structure in the left table.
02. In listing presented in the table on the right, select the link to be deleted.

03. Press Remove.
04. In the message displayed, press Yes to confirm the deletion of the link; or No to quit the action.
Copy link
01. In the catalog, access the location where the link is through the structure in the left table.
02. In the listing displayed in the table on the right, select the link to be copied.

Move link

05. In the target Items window, enter the name of the site to which the link will be moved.

07. In the pop-up window, find and select the user, user group, class or subject to which you wish to assign permissions.

09. In the Level column – next to the added item –select the option that establishes the permission level to be assigned to it.

For detailed information regarding each permission option, go to Catalog permissions and restrictions. To edit the permission on an added item, simply select the new option to be assigned to it in the Level column. To delete an added item, simply click the Delete icon –locatedin the line corresponding to the item and to the right of the Level column. |
10. In Restrictions, click Add if you want to define link access restrictions.
11. In the pop-up window, find and select the user, user group, class or subject to which you wish to assign restrictions.

12. Click Add.
13. In the Level column – next to the entered item –select the option that establishes the restriction level to be assigned to it.

To edit the permission on an added item, simply select the new option to be assigned to it in the Level column. To delete an added item, simply click the Delete icon –locatedin the line corresponding to the item and to the right of the Level column. |
14. Click Save to confirm creating the link; or Cancel if you want to cancel the process.

01. In the catalog, access the location where the link is.
02. Click the Edit icon, located to the right of the link name.
03. Change the information of your choice. For more details about the displayed fields, see the basic path.
04. Click Save or Cancel if you want to discard the changes made.
Delete link
