This feature allows you to digitally sign a posted document or a process activity. This form of digital signature is sanctioned by Brazilian law, which requires the mandatory use of certificatessuch as CMS and CAdES.

In the Search field located at the top of the screen, you can search for a particular company and view its information. In the upper right corner, there is a box containing information such as current licenses, expiration dates, number of licenses linked to companies, and available licenses. |
Edit Linked Licenses
...
01. Find the company of your choosing.
...
03. Change the number of licenses for that company.
04. Click Confirm.
Edit License types
...
01. Find the company of your choosing.
...
03. Change it to one of the license types available, CMS or CAdES.
04. Click Confirm.
