Speaking of personal data...
This screen shows all data requested to users that use fluig the platform and marked as personal data. There are three types of personal data:
- Standard data: common use fields in the platform, such as name, last name, display name and email address, informed by each user in the User registration screen;
- Additional data: data registered by the administrator, informed in the Additional Data section, supplementing the user registration (e.g. CPF or date of birth);
- Form data: data requested by forms built in the platform, namely Forms created with Forms, Advanced forms, created in fluig Fluig Studio, Process forms, and Community forms.

Disable personal data

You cannot disable default personal data on the platform.
01. On the Personal data page, locate the record to be disabled.

Disabled data are no longer monitored. However, all existing records are kept as history for audit purposes. |
Enable personal data

01. In the Personal data page, locate the record to be reenabled.
02. In the line corresponding to the personal datum, click Enable
