The purpose of this document is to guide the user to use the External Sharing feature. It also shows the step-by-step instructions to make a platform document public, making external access easier. Allows sharing internal platform documents externally with people who do not have a platform account.

The externally shared document will be identified by the globe icon, indicating that the document is available to be shared externally. |
Copy URL of externally shared document
01. Find the externally shared document identified by the globe icon.
02. Click 
Share next to the document name.
03. Select Copy external link.

The URL will be available for sharing. Externally shared text documents are automatically downloaded by the browser used to view the document. Web images are displayed normally. |
