Parameter MV_TMSSQTR
The transmission sequence is controlled when an EDI file is generated for “Quick Border”. For that, the parameter MV_TMSSQTR must be configured with the number to be used for a new generation of EDI for certain state. With this configuration, at each generation of an EDI file, the sequence will be incremented.
The parameter must be configured according to the following pattern: Federal Unit of each state + = (equals) + 7 valid characters. Example: CE=1234567.
While running the routine on the General Information screen, you can check the sequence suggested for EDI generation, in the Sequential Transmission Number field. If an EDI file is generated, one (1) is added to the sequential number of next generation when you click Finish.
This parameter is already prepared for possible inclusions of transmission sequential for any state. You can fill out the following way: PA=1234567, CE=1234567, BA=1234567 etc.
Types of records generated
Record Type C00 – File Opening
The information contained in this record are just referring to the opening of the file.
Record Type C01 – File Identification
The information included in this record is for file identification only.
Record Type C02 - Cargo Manifest
This record is based on the Manifest, according to some restrictions:
- The reference Manifest number is considered. It is entered on the first screen of questions, where the Manifest number is informed.
- Only valid Manifests are considered (Manifests for the State of Ceará).

Important:
If the option chosen for the question "Do you want to generate several manifests?" is "YES", the system will consider all existing manifests within the period selected on the screen of questions and each manifest generates a new record.

The information of this record is generated as from the file of Drivers.
Record Type C05 - Carrier Vehicle Identification
The information of this record is generated as from the file of Vehicles.
Record Type C07 - Vehicle Closing
The information of this record is only for identification of vehicle register closing.
Record Type C08 - Route Definition
The information of this record is generated as from the file of Routes.
Record Type C09 - Driver Closing
The information of this record is only for identification of driver register closing.
Record Type C10 – Transport Waybill
The information of this record is generated as from the file of Transport Waybill.
Record type C12 - Invoice
The information of this record is generated as from the file of Invoices.
Record type C16 - Invoice Closing
The information of this record is only for identification of Transport Waybill register closing.
Record Type C18 – Transport Waybill Closing
The information included in this record is for file identification only.
Record Type C19 - Cargo Manifest Closing
The information of this record is only for identification of Cargo Manifest register closing.
Record Type C99 – File Closing
The information of this register is only for identification of file closing.
