To generate the Simpliss:

1. Access the Miscellaneous/Magnetic Files/Normative Instructions option and configure the routine parameters as indicated below (fill them out according to field help instructions):

Start Date

Enter the start date to process the Normative Instruction.

End Date

Enter the end date to process the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name without the .INI extension. For this magnetic medium, enter SIMPLISS.

Destination File?

The file is generated with the default nomenclature defined by the Layout. (CNPJ+Year+Month+Day+Hour+Minute+Second).

Destination Directory?

Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Example: C:\TXT\

Select Branches?

Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. If you select No, only the current branch is considered; if you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.

2. After configuring the general parameters of Normative Instructions routine, you must fill out specific information.

Municipal Registration

Enter the municipal registration number of the company paying taxes.

Special Tax System

Enter the classification System:

1=Munic. Small Business

2=Estimation

3=Self-Employed Partnership

4=Cooperative

5=Small Business Entrepreneur

6=Small Business Entrepreneur and EPP

7=Tax by Invoicing (Variable)

8=Fixed

9=Exemption

10=Immune

11=Legal Decision Susp. Requ.

12=Adm. Proced. Susp. Requ.

Municipality Code (IBGE)

Indicate the Municipality Code located according to the IBGE table.
