Index Update (ATFA006 - SIGAATF)

The Indexes routine registers the indexes of depreciation and amortization calculation to meet the accounting rule ICPC 01 - Concession Contracts ({+}http://www.cpc.org.br+Image RemovedImage Added) according to the Statute no. 11,638 from December 2007 on the process of convergence of Brazilian and international accounting rules.

You may Add, Lock/Unlock, /pages/viewpage.action?pageId=306850406Delete, Review, Import, and Export.

Image Modified Important:
You cannot register rates with incorrect rates. For example, if the index periodicity is every six months, the dates allowed for registering the rates are 01/01/AAAA or 01/07/AAAA. If there is an attempt to add a rate on 02/07/YYYY (the date of the routine's calendar), editing of the data becomes unavailable.

Procedures

Registering index rates

  1. Click Add.  A screen is displayed for choosing the depreciation/amortization index to register the rates.
  2. Wiki Markup
    Select the index by pressing *\[F3\]{*}.A screen is displayed indicating the correct date for registering the new rate, according to the index periodicity.
  3. Position the calendar on the date suggested by the previous message.
  4. Register the required rate.
  5. Check that it has been added.
