This is a text pre-formatter. By using “data types” that can be associated to a history, the user can, while making an Accounting Entry, enter information that will be formatted during this process.

Fixed Text | It enables entry of a fixed text with 37 characters. |
Alphanumeric | Enables inclusion of spaces in the history so that the user may type them during an accounting entry. The user can enter only letters and numbers in the history generated. |
Alphabetic | Enables inclusion of spaces in the history so that the user may type them during an accounting entry. The user can enter only letters in the history generated. |
Numeric | Enables inclusion of spaces in the history so that the user may type them during an accounting entry. The user can enter only numbers in the history generated. |
Date | Enables inclusion of spaces in the history so that the user may type them during an accounting entry. The user can enter only a date in the history generated. |
Memo | Enables inclusion of several text lines. There is no limit to the type of data to be inserted by the user. |
Line break | Inserts a line break in the history generated. |
Blank space | Inserts a blank space in the history generated. |
