In this query, diverse balance types in the period indicated for all accounting entities in use in Management Accounting environment can be compared.
Procedures
Querying balance statistics:
1. When accessing the query window Balance Statistics, the window Parameters is displayed for configuration of data involved in the routine.
2. Fill out data according to field help instructions and confirm it.
Information is processed and the query window is displayed divided into folders, with all entities in use (according to accounting configurations initially defined).
The folders below may be displayed:
- Chart of accounts - displays registered ledger accounts.
- Cost Center - displays registered cost centers.
- Accounting Items - displays registered accounting items.
- Value Class - displays registered value classes.
3. Place the cursor on the folder you want to query and select the entity.
On the right side of the screen, the comparison of two different balance types is displayed, according to configuration of parameters in the routine opening.
This option opens a comparative chart of balances involved. In addition to the possibility of changing the way the chart is presented, it can also be printed or sent by e-mail.
