Customer/supplier must be registered in Microsiga Protheus® and automatically synchronized for TOTVS Works and Projects (Solum). Only the fields required for processes of TOTVS Works and Projects (Solum) are integrated. They are:

- CPF/CNPJ
- Date of Birth
- Marital Status
- Identity Card
- Nationality
- Postal Code
- Street
- Number
- District
- State
- City
- Telephone Number
Store register (Store field) is not synchronized. Customer/supplier code in TOTVS Works and Projects (Solum) is the concatenation of Store and Customer/Supplier Code in Microsiga Protheus® in order to keep a single index for this key.
Example:
Store 01/Customer 100 = 1;C100.
