Integration of Protheus with TOP (Integrations - SIGAFIN)

Integration between Microsiga Protheus® (TOTVS DBACCESS) and RM Solum enables data exchange between ERP Protheus and RM Corpore Solum module.

This integration enables the exchange of some information between Solum from RM Corpore with the modules SIGACOM, SIGAPMS, SIGAFAT and SIGAADV from Microsiga Protheus®.

All projects and associated structures, requirements for material, and contract measurement are added and controlled by RM Solum. Hence, once projects are integrated between the systems, SIGAPMS (module of Microsiga Protheus® Project Management) is disabled, and RM Solum is then the only way for control. Thus, the project integrated with Microsiga Protheus® is only for control and reference.

Integration starts when data of main registers are added into Microsiga Protheus® and saved in RM Solum. This integration is through Stored Procedures, installed on Solum database and executed by the routines of Microsiga Protheus® back office.

Requirements

For integration:

• Both systems must be installed and duly configured.
• The minimum version to use RM Solum is 11.0 or higher. For ERP Microsiga Protheus®, the minimum version is P10 R. 1.3.
• Script of Solum Integration (INT_TOTVS_PROJETOS x ERP_PROTHEUS) is the version 15.5 from 10/29/10, and it must be obtained with RM team.
• Processes and implementation of new tables, fields, and parameters of this integration are based on the document LT-2010-0001_Integração Protheus x RM Solum (Microsiga Protheus® x Solum Integration) v002, updated on 4/16/10.
• You must acquire Master I (or Protheus I) license - Web Service use to integrate the systems RM SOLUM X MICROSIGA PROTHEUS®.
