This routine registers people in charge of signing certificates of tax withholding.

It also enables you to add a signature image in order not to sign all the printed certificates of withholding when a Payment Order is generated.

Important:

To add the signature image to Signee register and to use it in Withholding Certificate print, the image must be in the folder \SYSTEM (path defined in StarPath of .INI ) and in .JPG format.


Procedures

Adding signees:

  1. In Signees, click Add.
  2. Fill out data of the person in charge of signing certificates of tax withholding.
  3. In the Suscripcioin folder, add the signature image if there is any.
  4. Check data and confirm them.

Important:

After registering signees, you can issue the IR Withholding Certificate. To do so, access the IR With. Certif. routine.

The tax withholding certificate is issued by supplier, according to the base year entered in the parameters.

The certificate presents the sum of purchases issued and income withholdings from a year right before the fiscal year and and that were paid in the fiscal year, as well as the sum of purchases and income withholdings issued in the year.
