The dashboards Withholding Summary and Accounting Simulation allow you to view the bills composing the receipt and simulate accounting bills.
- Dashboard - Withholding Summary
It displays the withholdings of taxes to the bill and the totalization of these values.
It allows you to change the information of the fields to perform the accounting simulation.
- Dashboard - Accounting Simulation
It displays the accounting entries according to the information of the Withholding Summary dashboard.
This dashboard is only to view information of accounting entries regarding tax withholding.
If the information of the Withholding Summary dashboard are modified, the System only performs these changes after confirming the information displayed in the Accounting Summary dashboard. |
Procedures
Accessing dashboards:
1. In Miscellaneous Collection, enter the initial parameters and click OK.
2. Enter the information according to the help instructions and confirm.
3. Select the customer and click Confirm.
4. Select the bill and enter collection values.
5. Click Confirm.
The Summary information is displayed
6. Click Confirm.
The Withholding Summary dashboard is displayed.
If necessary, change the values to simulate the accounting.
7. Click Confirm.
8. Then, the Accounting Simulation dashboard is displayed.
In it, the accounting simulation information is displayed, based on the values entered in the Withholding Summary dashboard.
After confirming the information displayed in the Accounting Simulation dashboard, the System saves the information displayed. After cancelling the information displayed in the Accounting Simulation dashboard, the System discards the changes made in the Withholding Summary dashboard allowing other accounting simulations to be made. |
