To generate GIAM - TO, follow these procedures:
- Ensure the absolute integrity of data by making the ICMS Calculation for the same period of the magnetic file generation.
- Perform the inventory closing for both the first and the last day of the year prior to the one informed, in order to transfer the inventory balances.
Example:
If the GIAMTO file is generated between 2/1/06 and 2/28/06, the date for generation of the first closing is 1/1/05 (first day of the year prior to the one you entered) and the date for generation of the second closing is 12/31/05 (last day of the year prior to the one you entered).
