Types of Generated Records
Record Type 0 - System Reader
This record presents data from Araras City Administration, as well as the indication that the magnetic mean was generated by own system.
Record Type 1 - Company Responsible by Information.
This record is generated according to the Companies File and in the routine questions, concerning the accounting responsible for information.
Record Type 2 - Taxpayer Registration
This record is generated according to the Companies File (taxpayer information) and in the routine questions, concerning the activity and taxpayer regime.
Record Type 3 - Transaction Registration
It displays the outflow transactions (with CFOP started by 5, 6, or 7) if the question Type of Statement = 2 - Service Provider or inflow (with CFOP started by 1, 2, or 3), if the question Type of Statement = 1 - Service Acquirer. If statement is Without Transaction, a record type 3 is displayed with zeroed out amounts.
Record Type 9 - File Footer
The amount of records type 3 displayed is totalized.
