To generate the Electronic Packing Slip:
1. In Normative Instructions, the routine description is displayed.
2. Click Parameters.
3. Fill out data according to field help
4. Check out the following data:
Initial Date ?
Do not enter this parameter.
Final Date ?
Do not enter this parameter.
Normative Instruction ?
Enter the configuration file name, without the extension .INI.
For this magnetic media, enter RE.
File Target File?
Do not enter this parameter as the system automatically generates the name.
Example: TB_ + Cuit Company +_+ plant + port +_+ yyyymmdd +_+ sequence (MV_RENSEQ) + .TXT
Destination Directory?
Enter the directory's name where the magnetic file is saved.
Example: C:\TXT\
5. Check parameters and confirm them.
The system displays the routine specific parameters screen:
Plant No. ?
Enter the plant number.
Port No. ?
Enter the port number.
From the Packing Slip ?
Enter code of initial Packing Slip.
To Packing Slip ?
Enter the final Packing Slip number.
6. Check the data and confirm it.
