To taxpayers formalizing the Reimbursement Request or Compensation Declaration regarding credits of Contribution for PIS/PASEP and Cofins, according to Administrative Rule nr. 35, of July 18, 2005.

Purpose

To streamline the judgment of Reimbursement Request and Compensation Declaration.

When to deliver

Taxpayer must make available, to Tax Orientation and Analysis Division, the digital files containing a list of Inflow/Outflow Invoices, referring to a calendar quarter.

Record of Inflow/Outflow Invoices

Information referring to this record is generated according to data saved in the Tax Records and to data located in the Customers File or Suppliers File.

ISS invoices are disregarded when generating the magnetic file, because, according to the Administrative Rule, magnetic file must contain a list of invoices regarding the transaction entered in the Inflow Record Book (LRE) and in the Outflow Record Book (LRS).
