Generating ISS - Lages SC (MATA950 - SIGAFIN)

To generate ISS Electronic Record - Lages:

1. Copy to the \SYSTEM directory (or correspondent) the configuration file ISSLAGES.INI.

2. In Normative Instructions, the routine description screen is displayed.

3. Click Parameters.

The system displays the routine's parameter screen.

4. Fill out the parameters. Check out the following:

Start Date?

Enter the calculation's initial date (beginning of the month to be calculated).

End Date?

Enter the calculation's final date (end of the month to be calculated).

Normative Instruction?

Enter the name of the Normative Instruction to be calculated without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter ISSLAGES.

Target File?

It is not necessary to enter the destination file, as the system creates text files with specific names.

Created Magnetic Files:

PRESTADOS.TXT

TOMADOS.TXT

Directory?

Enter the directory's name to save the created text files.

Select Branches?

Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. If you select No, only the current branch is considered; if you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.

5. Check data and confirm them.

The system returns to the routine description screen.

6. Confirm data again.
