The routine enables generation through magnetic file to deliver ISS invoices, in the municipality of São José. Magnetic file must be monthly sent, using city hall system Digital ISS - Services Monthly Statement.
To whom it is applicable | All service providers and acquirers, either by principles of public or private law, enrolled within the city of São José. |
Purpose | Provide companies headquartered in São José with an easy and fast tool to fulfill accessory obligations: Issue ISS Tax Payment Form, Receipt of Withholding, Electronic Tax Record and Digital Services Statement. |

Record Type 1 - File header
Information regarding services provided and acquired by the taxpayer, obtained through the filling out of the wizard in the routine and the company file.
Record Type 2 - Information from invoices issued/received - Provided/Acquired
Information obtained from tax records and Customers/Suppliers File (Table SA1 and SA2).
Record Type 3 - Information on CNAE code and value of Service
Information obtained from Tax Record (Table SF3)
Record Type 4 - Microsiga Protheus® does not comprise the record type 4.
Record Type 5 - Microsiga Protheus® does not comprise the record type 5.
