52767-Errors when sending the module counter statement.
Causa
Errors when sending the module counter statement.
Solução
Symptom:
When sending the module counter statement, product error message 15752 occurs – in EMS 2 and HCM 18921 – in EMS 5. And the message contents, contains the following text: “File <file-name> has been created with errors”. When opening the generated log file, the following content is shown:
Internal error when closing the connection with WebService.
Error in the email configurations. Cause:
Email server port and IP were not entered in the product General Parameters program. Solution:
For the correction, the email server port and IP information must be filled (if the server is exchange) in the Basic module Parameters program, if the product is EMS 5, in the program CD0101, if the product is EMS 2 or, in FP0003, if the product is HCM.
