Multiple users in the assignment by form field mechanism

In this Fluig version, the assignment by form field mechanism has become even more flexible. Activities can be sent to more than one user: simply enter the registration number of the desired users, separated by “;” – semicolon.

New icons available in the Style Guide

The Fluig Style Guide features new icons in this version:

Customize result presentations in the Quick Query widget

The Quick Query widget not features a Filter field, which allows creating customized filters and presenting only the desired contents in each page or community.

In this session, we list a few bugs that we fixed in this update, which ensure that everything runs smoothly on your platform.

• Application of a filter for a specific process, using associated form fields, to select and view Task Central requests.

• Post searching based on hashtags including words with accents.

• Movement of requests with consensus tasks configured with an assignment by group mechanism, whenever more than one group user is assigned as responsible for such task.

• Completion of a form associated to a process that contains parallel activities by the user responsible for one of such activities, whenever the form has already been completed by the users of the parallel activity.

• Presentation of contents posted in community timelines with parentheses in its names.

• Use of the hAPI.setCardValue() in processes with Timer-type initial activities and associated forms.

• Use of the assignment by form mechanism during the first activity of a process, whenever it has a manager.

• Restoring versions of form records associated to a process immediately after editing data.

• Sending push notifications based on each option’s settings in the Notification Center.

• Using the ECMSearchDocumentService method with customized fields or metadata.
