Speaking of digital signature...
This feature allows you to digitally sign a posted document or a process activity. This form of digital signature is sanctioned by Brazilian law, which requires the mandatory use of certificates such as CMS and CAdES.
01. Access the platform with the wcmadmin user.
02. From the main menu, click on Control Panel.
03. Click the General container.
04. Click Digital signature.
05. View companies and their respective number of linked licenses.
In the Search field located at the top of the screen, you can search for a particular company and view its information.
In the upper right corner, there is a box containing information such as current licenses, expiration dates, number of licenses linked to companies, and available licenses.
Edit Linked Licenses
01. Find the company of your choosing.
02. Click the Edit.
03. Change the number of licenses for that company.
04. Click Confirm.
Edit License types
01. Find the company of your choosing.
02. Click Edit.
03. Change it to one of the license types available, CMS or CAdES.
04. Click Confirm.
