Speaking of internal viewer...

This viewing is allowed for document types that have the option "Use internal Viewer?" in its properties. To use the new internal viewer, you need to configure it according to the procedures described in About the fluig Viewer.

By default, documents are shown in the internal viewer or player, which allows all users to use a single view mode, which facilitates handling procedures.

In addition to all the actions available in View document, using the internal viewer also allows you to perform the actions described in the alternative paths below.



View document in internal viewer


01. Find the document in document browsing.

02. Click the link on your name to access the view.

By default, the document types that have the option "Use internal Viewer?" in their properties can be viewed in the internal viewer.

In the document view, users can browse through pages using the arrow keys, located in the upper left corner, or access a particular page by entering it in the Page field, located in the upper right corner of the window, as well as viewing the content of videos.Veja a imagem. Veja a imagem



Find term in document


You can only perform this action on documents that have text. 

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Search, located in the top left corner of the window.

02. In the field shown, enter the keyword or sentence to be found in the document.

03. Click Search or press ENTER.

04. View searched terms found in the document.

Available search result actions are displayed in the column to the left of the window:

  • You can browse through terms using the Previous and Next buttons;
  • You can directly access a specific page containing the searched term by selecting it from the search result list;
  • While the document is open, users can select previously searched terms by clicking the arrow located on the left side of the search field and selecting the desired term from the search list.
  • You can use parameters to streamline the search:

Combine exact word or sentence: For instance, you can search for the exact word “home” or the sentence “go home”.

Case sensitive: For instance, you can search for “Home” or “home”.

Whole word: For instance, you can search for “home” and search results will return “home” (but will not return “homeward”).

Starts with: For instance, you can search for “con” and search results will return “content” and “continued”.

Ends with: For instance, you can search for “ent” and the search results will return “document” and “development”.

Use wildcards: For instance, you can use the asterisk (*) and search “*@domain.com” and the search results will return all e-mail addresses that contain “@domain.com” (e.g., [email protected]). You can also use the question mark (?) And search for “ho?e” and the search results will return “home", “hone”, “hose”, etc.

Proximity search: A proximity search can be performed using the ~ n syntax, where “n” is how many words can exist between the first and second search terms and still return a result.

To return to the document view mode with all the available actions after performing a search, click View, located next to Search.


Enable document thumbnail viewing


01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Thumbnails, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

When clicking this option, a section with the document page thumbnails will appear in the left of the document viewing area. You can adjust the slider to increase or decrease the thumbnail size as you wish. To hide the section, simply click Thumbnails again.


Use the magnifying glass


01. With the document in viewing mode using the internal viewer, click Magnifying glass, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

02. Click and drag in the document area you wish to magnify. 

When holding the click on the document area, you will see the desired area magnified. When releasing, the magnification disappears.


Use zoom rectangle


01. With the document in viewing mode using the internal viewer, click Zoom rectangle, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

02. Click and drag to draw a rectangle in the document area you wish to magnify. 

When you release the click in the document area, the desired area will be magnified. 


Rotate document


01. With the document in viewing mode using the internal viewer, click on Rotate document, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

When clicking this option, all document pages are rotated 45, 90, 180, or 360 degrees clockwise. Users can click this option until the document reaches the desired position.
After closing and reopening, documents will be displayed in its original position; rotation settings can only be used for viewing purposes.


Rotate document page


01. With the document in viewing mode using the internal viewer, click on Rotate page, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

When clicking this option, the document page is rotated 45, 90, 180, or 360 degrees clockwise. Users can click this option until the page reaches the desired position.
After closing and reopening, documents will be displayed in its original position; rotation settings can only be used for viewing purposes.


Use image tools


01. With the document in viewing mode using the internal viewer, click Image tools, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

This feature lets you adjust the clarity of the document you are viewing:

  • Enhancement – On a scale of 0-100, you can adjust the slider to make the lines sharper.
  • Gamma – On a scale of 0 to 10, you can adjust the slider to increase or decrease gamma.
  • Line width – on a scale of 1-100, you can adjust the slider to increase or decrease line width


Print document


This option is only displayed if the document allows its contents to be printed and the authenticated user has permission to perform this action.

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Print, located in the action bar on the top right corner of the window.

Clicking on this option opens a window in which you can print the document by entering the desired information.

If the document has copy control, a window opens in which you can print a controlled copy of the document. For more information, see Print a controlled copy of document.


Download the document


This option is only displayed if the document allows its contents to be printed and the authenticated user has permission to perform this action.

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Download, located in the action bar on the top right corner of the window.

Select text in the document


You can only perform this action on documents that have text. 

01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Select text, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

02. Select the desired text in the document.

After selecting the text, you can copy/paste contents to other documents.

Move document


01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click Overview, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

02. Move the document as desired for a panoramic view.


Reduce document size


01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Reduce, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

When this option is selected, the document size is reduced. You can also choose the desired size from the percentage list.

This effect is only applied to the document view, and does not change the original document.

 


Enlarge document size


01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Enlarge, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window. 

When this option is selected, the document is expanded to allow enhanced and detailed viewing. You can also choose the desired size from the percentage list.

This effect is only applied to the document view, and does not change the original document.


Adjust document to screen width


01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, and with zoom applied (enlarged or reduced), click Adjust to width, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

When this option is selected, the document is adjusted to the screen size, removing current zoom settings (i.e., returning the document to its original size).


View document in full screen


01. With the document in preview mode using the internal viewer, click on Full Screen, located in the action bar on the top left corner of the window.

When this option is selected, the document viewing area is enlarged, covering the entire browser area. Simply click this option again to exit the full screen mode.
