01. OVERVIEW

A control panel for viewing and configuring cards.

02. CONTROL PANEL

When accessing Protheus, using the Financial environment, access the menu Updates → Financial Management → New Financial Manager
Once you have accessed the New Financial Manager sub-menu, you will be directed to the Control Panel.

03. CARDS PRESENTATION

By clicking on the Filters button, you can select which Cards you want to view, as per (Example).
The filter configurations will be saved in the profile according to the user ID.

04. VALUE VISUALIZATION

By accessing the Financial Transactions page it will be possible, through the side filter, to select the Overdue Incoming Bills or Overdue Outgoing Bills, thus changing the value of the End Balance Card, and returning to the Configure Control Panel menu, the value of the End Balance Card will also be changed.

05. BILL DETAILS VISUALIZATION

There are the cards Overdue Bills Receivables and Overdue Bills Payables, where you can see the quantity and value of the respective cards:

Clicking on View Bills will display a modal with the list of bills as per the e xample.

06. VIEWING OTHER CARDS

Bank Balances Card where you can see the opening and closing balances.
TOP 5 charts by customer that, when you click on one of the pizza slices, the bills referring to the customer or period are presented. (View example)

07. CARDS MOVEMENT

By clicking and holding down the card, you can drag it to the desired location, as in the example.
If you want the cards to return to their initial position, simply access the side filter and click Clear Filters, as in the example.
The positions of the cards will be saved in the user profile, for example, if the user logs out and then logs back in, the cards will be positioned as before.
