01. OVERVIEW

This report issues the customer history regarding sales and reputation. The report displays, per customer, the value of accrued acquisitions, the date of first and last acquisition, the value of the biggest acquisition, the highest balance, the average of delays, the biggest delay, the credit limit, and the risk degree.

Note

This routine was adjusted to comply with the General Personal Data Protection Law (Statute no. 13.70), so that some fields containing data regarded as sensitive and/or personal are blurred, becoming illegible.

02. PROCEDURES

To issue the customer history:

  1. In Customer History, click Parameters.
  2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.
  3. Check data and confirm the procedure.
  4. Configure printing.
  5. Check configurations and confirm printing.
