CONTENTS
01. OVERVIEW
The Supplementary Report – TFRM/MG – Report of Inspection, Monitoring and Control Rate of Mineral Resource Research, Extraction, Prospecting and Utilization Activities (FISR044), is available to help you manually fill out the SIARE (Integrated Service Management System) found in the SEF website of the state of Minas Gerais.
In accordance with the TFRM Statement step-by-step manual available in the SEFAZ/MG website, you must enter the ore and its respective quantities (in tons) pertaining each transaction type requested in fields 1 to 10, as exemplified below:

02. CONFIGURATION PROCEDURE
In Configurator (SIGACFG) access Environment/Registers/Menus and add to the menu of module Tax Records (SIGAFIS) the option to execute the TFRM - MG, as specified below:

S.4 Crude Ore Sales?
Enter the TIO (Types of Inflow and Outflow) code used in crude ore sales to mining site reduced to content of substance. The quantity obtained in this field must be entered in field S4 do SIARE (Integrated Service Management System).

03. UTILIZATION PROCEDURE
Under Tax Records (SIGAFIS), go to Reports/Checklist/TFRM - MG (FISR044) and configure the routine parameters as follows:
- From Date?
Enter the start date for processing inflow or outflow transactions.
- To Date?
Enter the start date for processing inflow or outflow transactions.
- Measurement Unit?
Enter which measurement unit will be used as Ton. The Integrated Service Management System uses measurement unit in ton for completion in the website; however, the first or second product unit of ore group must contain the measurement unit "TL – Ton". The report will use the measurement unit entered in this parameter for the calculation.
- Transaction ?
Enter which transactions the inflows or outflows report should list.
- From Group: ?
Enter the initial group of ore products.
- To Group: ?
Enter the final group of ore products.
Click Finish.
The report configuration screen appears, where you can customize the overall layout, such as records, fields, filters, etc.
From the parameters entered, the Inflow or Outflow transactions are processed. Identify to which transaction the incoming document item (SD1) or the outgoing document item (SD2) belongs by filling out in the parameters below. To do this, enter in each of the parameters below which TIO codes (separated by "|") are used for executing the transaction type requested by the SIARE system. The fields are identified in accordance with the system. For example: E1 (Inflows - Field 1) or S1 (Outflows - Field 1).
Important
- Fields 1 (In-state Sales) – S.2 (Interstate Sales) and S.3 (Sales to Other Countries) are automatically obtained through outflow transactions of ore group products entered in the second parameter of the report, and also by the beginning of the tax codes (CFOP) respectively starting with 5, 6 and 7.
- Fields 4 (Other In-state Acquisitions) – E.5 (Interstate Acquisitions) are automatically obtained through inflow transactions of ore group products entered in the second parameter of the report, and also by the beginning of the tax codes (CFOP) respectively starting with 1 and 2.
